"I was with a friend and we were chatting, when suddenly, I felt like something exploded on my head. I instantly felt lightheaded and on the verge of passing out.
"I felt tremendous pain on my head. I was semi-conscious," Iqmal was quoted as saying by NST Online, adding that the incident reminded him of the case of a teenager who died after being struck by a chair thrown from an upper floor of another PPR flat.
Iqmal said that he was scared and hoped that he would "not meet the same fate".
At the time of the incident, there were several DBKL officers who were in the area. They witnessed the whole thing and rushed an injured Iqmal to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) for treatment.
Iqmal's elder brother hopes the authorities will take serious action over the incident which could have resulted in his brother's death
"This incident may have just resulted in an injury, but what about tomorrow?
"What if someone dies (again) because an irresponsible resident throws out something even more lethal?" NST Online quoted the elder brother as saying.
