[SHARE] British Woman Narrowly Escapes from Kidnappers in Bangsar
It was a Monday, 7.30pm in Bangsar, a British lady was going about her daily errands until she stepped into the wrong taxi. She is shaken and afraid, but wants you to read her story and learn from it.
A British expat woman was almost abducted by a taxi driver in Bangsar Village at 7.30pm, she shares her experience on Facebook:
The taxi driver's accomplice tried to force her into the taxi but she resisted by screaming and fighting back. People from a nearby mosque heard her shouts and went to her aid
She is now psychologically shaken and fears what could have happened if they managed to close the taxi door
From her story, the victim wants people to be aware of the risks and take precaution. Her advice to people on keeping safe is to use common sense:
