This Cow's 'Five-Legged' Deformity Will Help 'Fulfill All Your Wishes'
A five-legged cow is being worshipped in India as people believe its extra limb can bring them good luck.
First things first, cows are venerated within the Hindu religion of India. According to Vedic scriptures they are to be treated with the same respect 'as one's mother'.
Therefore, slaughter of cows is forbidden by law in several states of the Indian Union
So, the owner of this five-legged cow, Laxman Bhosale, should thank Lord Vishnu that she was born in India. Because one border in the wrong direction and it would have been an extra burger meat.
Speaking about the 'holy cow', Laxman said it "holds the essence of Hindu religion" and touching its fifth leg will help "fulfill all your wishes"
Many believe the four-year-old animal brings good luck to whoever touches the extra limb - with some claiming it is a manifestation of a Hindu deity.
