This Is A PSA For Those Who Are Going To The #KL2017 SEA Games Opening Ceremony

The 29th SEA Games is set to officially kick-off tomorrow at Bukit Jalil National Stadium.

If you're going to the Kuala Lumpur 2017 SEA Games opening ceremony, take note!

Ahead of the event tomorrow, Bukit Jalil National Stadium has asked attendees to refrain from touching or moving the LED light stands (circled in red below) that have been placed behind and in between the seats.

The opening ceremony for the 29th SEA Games, also known as #KL2017, is set to kick-off tomorrow, 19 August.

The LED lights, which have been placed in the entire seating area, will be playing an integral part in one of the ceremony's gimmicks

Moving them could damage the lights, hence ruining the intended effect or pattern during the sequence. Flash and laser lights are also not allowed during the ceremony.

Attendees are also reminded that they are not allowed to enter all SEA Games venues with dangerous items such as knives, scissors, lighters, and even umbrellas

The items pictured above were confiscated by the police prior to the football match between Malaysia and Singapore on Wednesday, 16 August.

This time around, all SEA Games venues will be equipped with body scanners such as the ones pictured below:
