Ismail Sabri's Son Hopes Malaysians Will Give His Dad A Chance To Prove His Capability

On Friday, 20 August, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appointed UMNO's Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob as Malaysia's ninth Prime Minister
Ismail's swearing-in ceremony will be conducted at 2.30pm today, 21 August.
Before the UMNO vice president is sworn in, his son Nashriq Ismail Sabri shared that he hopes Malaysians will give his 61-year-old father a chance to prove his capability in steering the nation amidst COVID-19
29-year-old Nashriq, who is UMNO Pemuda Bera information chief, told Bernama that reviving the country is going to be an arduous task for his father and so he hopes people will offer kind prayers.
"I hope Malaysians would give him a chance in leading the nation and offer kind prayers. It is not an easy task to take on, but we are confident he would try his best to rehabilitate our country," he shared.
Nashriq said that his father is a loving person who stays close to his family despite his work concerning the government and the party
