In a statement, JPJ said the 25-year-old suspect was riding a Yamaha Y125ZR, which was seized after the incident, reported Bernama.

He was detained under the Road Transport Act (RTA) 1987 for riding with an expired licence since 2012, as well as not having insurance and a valid driver's licence.
