[VIDEO] KLIA Employee Calls Out Rude Customer After She Throws Tantrum & Injures Staff
"This is not our problem, this is your problem!"
A video of a Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) employee calling out a rude customer recently went viral on TikTok
In the 40-second clip, the customer can be seen aggressively pushing and breaking down a glass shield at the airport's counter.
The shield then falls on an employee, and she continues to slam her hand and documents on the counter while demanding assistance from the staff.
Outraged by the woman's behaviour, another employee steps out from behind the counter to confront the customer.
The airport employee defends her colleague and shuts down the woman for her actions
After stepping out from behind the counter, the employee asks the woman if she sees what she has done while pointing to her injured colleague.
"Do you see what you've done? Do you see? What are you trying to do? Do you see my staff is already bleeding?" the employee asks.
The woman then fails to defend herself and still tries to complain to the airport employee, to whom the worker replies, "This is not our problem, this is your problem!"
While the employee reprimands her for her behaviour, the woman turns around and walks away.

One user commented that if the employee is the supervisor, she did an excellent job carrying out her responsibilities to protect her team.
Another said they were pleased to see the woman get a taste of her own medicine.
Meanwhile, one user pointed out that the woman could be sued for hurting the employee and causing her to bleed.
