Will Facebook Save Polis Diraja Malaysia's Face?
Social media helps, but more often than not, credibility and confidence takes more than just hiring a Facebook guy. Nevertheless, maybe Facebook will help PDRM win our trust again.

It's no secret that PDRM is facing confidence and credibility issues
The police are now faced with a triple crisis of confidence and credibility, Tony Pua said today, citing reports of more crime cases, the force’s alleged obsession with playing politics and the rise in lock-up deaths this year.
The spike in crime has also worsened public perception of the police, Pua said, creating a triple confidence and credibility crisis for the force.
yahoo.comPua also pointed to the high number of deaths occurring in police lock-ups this year — nine over five months — saying the incidents have resulted in the professional reputation of the police in complete tatters.
“Essentially, this points to the fact that there has been no improvements at all since the recommendations made by the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) on the Royal Malaysian Police in 2008,” he said, referring to the IPCMC proposal.

It's filled with gruesome "gambar hiasan" which makes us question, "How sensitive and caring are our police?"
At least for now they are working on it and they remind us so
