Malaysia Records A New High With 19,819 New COVID-19 Cases In A Day

Selangor recorded 8,377 new cases out of today's total 19,819 cases.

Malaysia has once again broken its daily number of COVID-19 cases after recording almost 20,000 new cases on Wednesday, 4 August

The Ministry of Health (MOH) reported a total of 19,819 cases today.

Prior to this, Malaysia had been recording 15,000 to 17,000 cases daily

Selangor has continued to record the highest number of daily cases.

It recorded 8,377 new cases out of today's total 19,819 cases.

Kuala Lumpur recorded 2,467 cases, Kedah recorded 1,371 cases, Johor recorded 1,162 cases, and Kelantan recorded 1,003 cases. Other remaining states recorded cases in three and two digits.
