This is Mohammed Abad from Edinburgh, Scotland.
In January 1978, when Mohammed was 6, he was run over and dragged 600 yards by a car. While he was lucky enough to survive, the horrific accident ripped off his penis.
Following which, Mohammed was fitted with a wee tube that was three centimetres long and he was told to carry on with that. There was nothing else that could be done for him at that time.
From the age of six to 11, Mohammed was in and out of hospital but his situation made it hard for him to fit in at school after news of his accident spread.
Mohammed said: 'I never used to associate myself with girls because I knew if I took the next step it's going to come back and slap me in the face. I avoided girls entirely just because I didn't want to put myself in that situation.'
Mohammed threw himself into his work in a convenience store, but as time passed he longed for a normal life.
He said: 'I think I was about 31 or 32 and went to the doctors again and said 'I'm desperate I need some kind of help, you need to try and help me. I'm ready to see the world out there. It wasn't until I was about 37 that I got a letter out of the blue from a hospital which I had attended saying that they thought they could help me.'
Then 4 years ago in 2012, Mohammed had the life-changing surgery to create a bionic penis worth USD99,000, which was constructed using skin from his forearm rolled up like a 'sausage roll'

Now aged 44, Mohammed has finally lost his virginity to sex worker Charlotte Rose, who got in touch with him after hearing about his plight and he asked her to be a part of his first sexual experience
Mo explained: “I wanted someone who was willing to accept me the way I was. I’m a learner. I’ve got L plates. I didn’t want to go in all guns blazing and make an idiot of myself.”
The pair met for the first time in a central London hotel and spent a few days getting to know each other before they had sex.
A setback saw Mo’s bionic penis malfunction, with one side of the pump failing to inflate properly on the big night. The pair were forced to delay the big moment.
Mo said: “It was frustrating, but I’d already waited 20 years, so one more day didn’t hurt.”
On the following evening, everything went smoothly. Mo says: “When Charlotte saw it for the first time, she was silent and I was a bit worried. But then she said: ‘It’s incredible’. It’s nice to hear a lady say that."
After making love for the first time, Mohammed said that he "lay there with a big smile on my face", adding that "it was great. I've been waiting for this day since I was 18"
