Netizens Were Shocked To Discover Why This Young Girl Was Chained To A Pole

Photos of a young girl chained to a pole have been circulating on social media since yesterday, 26 October
Several community pages on Facebook shared images of a young girl photographed in her primary school uniform while her right ankle was chained to a lamp post.
The passerby was shocked to learn that the student was chained because she was apparently being "punished" by her own mother.
It is believed that the young girl was being punished because she had refused to attend school as she didn’t want to go for Mandarin class
The incident allegedly took place the carpark of the Sunway Perdana Condominium at Bandar Sunway, Selangor.
Many netizens have condemned the young girl's mother for punishing the child in such an "inhumane way"
However, others argued the child should be disciplined so that she will "learn her lesson"
