Not long after Wisma Jakel caught on fire, another clothing warehouse, Elrah Exclusive, faced the same unfortunate fate this month

The owner, Sass Syed, revealed on Instagram  that his warehouse was burned down in a fire on Monday, 9 January.

Syed posted a video showing the aftermath of the fire with a fireman bringing him around the premises to assess the damage.

"There was a motorcycle roaming around in front of the warehouse at 3am several times," Syed said, as what was told by the warehouse staff.

The incident seems to be an act of arson, as the owner spotted a culprit in closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera

In the same video, the owner included CCTV footage of an unidentified man climbing over the warehouse gate.

The man was seen throwing something explosive until a fire appeared before he ran away.
