A handwritten warning note, believed to have been left by followers of Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holdings (GISB), was discovered by the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) during a raid on a luxury bungalow in Kampung Mengabang Panjang, Terengganu

The note ominously warned that the "enemies" of GISB would suffer a worse fate in the afterlife.

The note was found on the wall of the bungalow rented by GISB followers, according to Terengganu Islamic Affairs Department (JHEAT) Enforcement Division chief ACP Aizi Saidi Abdul Aziz.

"They consider us enemies for disrupting their activities when we are just seeking a solution," he said, adding that the GISB followers had fled the premises before the raid, leaving the warning behind.

The luxury bungalow, located near the beach, had reportedly been used by the group since December last year. They had converted an open area in front of the property into a horse-riding training centre.

The raid was carried out following complaints from locals

According to the New Straits Times, investigation revealed that 13 horses at the equestrian facility linked to GISB were found to have been branded with the company logo on their forelegs.

The authorities noted that both the bungalow and the horse-riding training facility were unoccupied, with the premises secured and locked by the owner.

"There were no GISB followers or activities found during the raid, but the discovery of the warning note raises concerns," Aizi Saidi was quoted as saying.
