The waterworks company made the announcement on their Facebook page Air Selangor at 8.05pm, advising consumers to save water before the water supply will be cut later that night.

SYABAS said that the disruption is due to a burst pipe behind the JVC Factory at Seksyen 21, Shah Alam. A similar incident happened at the same area on 15 June, less than a month ago.

They expect the repair works to be completed within 48 hours and water supply will resume in stages.
