CCTV Footage Shows Pervert Trying To Film An Upskirt Video In Petrol Kiosk
Unfortunately the man walks free.
The video circulating on Facebook appears to show a CCTV footage of a pervert taking an upskirt video
The post was shared by Mun Mun Tan on Facebook who expresses her outrage about the video, which is said to be taken on Tuesday morning, 9 May 2017 from a Shell petrol station in MRR2.
When the woman stepped to the cashier, the man quickly slipped his phone under her skirt.
The man can be seen strutting about 30 seconds into the video, the man follows after the woman who was standing in line.
The woman became noticeably uncomfortable when she saw the man aiming the camera of his phone at her.
When she stepped to the counter, the man is seen bending over to reach his phone under her skirt. He was caught right away by the victim who then snatched and slammed the man's phone into the ground.
The police were called in for a report to be made but the pervert managed to dodge all charges because the video he took could not be retrieved
The police report was made but apparently no action was taken as the video which should serve as photographic evidence wasn't valid.
This is because the video that was captured on the man’s smartphone was unable to be retrieved when thrown by the raging victim. Thus, ruining the sufficient evidence that would otherwise be enough to back the claim.
In the end of it all, the pervert allegedly walks away with zero repercussions.
Frustrated comments are piling up as the video garners over 200,000 views
As a note of caution, the video uploader Mun Mun Tan urges everyone to be on the lookout for the man. Watch the video here:
