Dog to the rescue.
A man's attempt to rob a house in Kuching ended in an epic fail after he suffered injuries while trying to run away from a Rottweiler
In the incident that happened on 4 February, the 31-year-old suspect from Bentong climbed into a compound of a house in Kuching.
According to Sin Chew Daily, the Rottweiler started barking furiously. Fearing that the canine would attack him, the man turned back and in the process of climbing over a fence, slipped, and fell on his head.
Startled by the barking, the house owner came out and apprehended the suspect before calling the police
According to The Borneo Post, the suspect was brought by police to Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) for treatment and later to the police station for questioning.
A stocky, physically strong dog breed with a black coat and well-defined tan markings, the Rottweiler came from Germany. Its fearless nature makes the breed one of the best guard dogs you can have.
The breed is also used for a variety of purposes including search and rescue, police work, herding, and as guide dogs.
