A video of a Singaporean-registered Mercedes A180 colliding with an ambulance in Johor Bahru recently went viral on Facebook
In the 30-second video uploaded on the 我们是马来西亚人 We are Malaysians Facebook page, the black Mercedes can be seen driving slowly in the middle lane of a busy road.
While the vehicle slowly accelerates, its driver continues to ignore the Kempas Medical Centre's ambulance, which is already signalling to enter the Mercedes' lane.
The two vehicles collide, and the Singaporean car eventually yields to allow the ambulance to enter its lane.
Malaysians were outraged by the Singaporean vehicle and expressed their displeasure in the comments section
One user commented that the driver lacks ethics.
Another said that Singaporean drivers should be fined at least RM100,000 for recklessly driving on Malaysian roads.
