These Roads In KL Will Be Closed For PDRM's National Sports Day On Saturday Morning

The roads will be closed in phases from 5.30am to 9.30am.

A 5km fun run and 20km fun ride will take place in conjunction with the Royal Malaysia Police's National Sports Day tomorrow, 12 October

According to the New Straits Times, Kuala Lumpur police chief Datuk Rusdi Mohd Isa said road users should expect closures and traffic diversions throughout the city from 5.30am to 9.30am.

"Jalan Imbi and Jalan Sultan Ismail will be closed in phases, [starting with the section] heading towards Jalan Hang Tuah. Vehicles from Jalan Kampung Pandan must make a U-turn to Bulatan Pandan.

"The second phase involves a total closure of the Jalan Imbi and Jalan Sultan Ismail interchange, with vehicles from Kampung Pandan diverted to Jalan Imbi and Jalan Hang Tuah," he said.

He said the Jalan Pudu exit to Jalan Imbi, as well as the Jalan Dewan Bahasa/Jalan Bukit Petaling ramp to Jalan Hang Tuah, would also be closed

- Jalan Sultan
- Jalan Tun Sambanthan
- Jalan Sultan Sulaiman
- Jalan Tun Perak
- Leboh Ampang
- Bulatan Dato Onn
- Jalan Raja Laut
- Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman
- Jalan Raja Abdullah
- Jalan Dang Wangi
- Jalan P Ramlee
- Jalan Ampang
- Jalan Bukit Bintang
- Jalan Kia Peng
- Jalan Raja Chulan

Rusdi advised road users to follow road signs and police instructions
