The 45-second long video shows a Proton Waja reversing slowly and colliding with Anne's car before the man got down from his vehicle to confront her
Anne's car was visibly stationary while waiting for the traffic light to turn green while the car in front of her was moving backwards without its reverse light on.
After the two cars made contact, the Proton Waja owner immediately got down from his vehicle to confront Anne without inspecting the damage to the cars.
When contacted by SAYS, Anne confirmed that a police report has been made following the incident
Anne told SAYS, "As soon as he got down from his car, he approached mine and blamed me for the collision. He accused me of hitting his car because he claimed I was using my mobile phone.
"When I told him that the whole episode was recorded on my dash cam, he immediately changed his tone and said that there's no visible damage to my car."
She said that she was alone when the incident happened. She also urged everyone to buy a dash cam to protect themselves from such cases.
