This Malaysian Man Is Driving More Than 25,000KM To Germany To Marry His Fiancée

Love knows no bounds, as evident by this Malaysian man who is driving from Malaysia all the way to Germany to marry his fiancée
Engku Mohammad Hadri Engku Hassan met his fiancée online in 2007 and two years later, he flew to Germany to confess his love with a simple rose and letter.
According to a Facebook post by Hayashi86, his expedition started in Putrajaya on 19 August
He arrived at the Thai border on the morning of 21 August, updating followers of his journey via Instagram.
Hadri will be driving across 25 countries including China, Mongolia, Latvia, and Russia before reaching Germany
The 34-year-old is travelling with two co-drivers in the Toyota AE86 because of its reliability and durability.
The tour is estimated to cost RM250,000 and will take about three months.
In an interview with Malay Mail, Hadri's friend said that Hadri's father had helped plan the driving routes and calculate the petrol consumption to efficiently complete the journey.
As part of his travels, Hadri will be promoting Visit Malaysia Year 2020 (VM2020) at each of his destinations
Tourism Malaysia assisted Hadri and his two co-drivers with visa-related matters to ease their expedition.
According to Bernama, he has also received sponsorship from several parties.
