Two High School Teachers Arrested Over Threesome With A 16-Year-Old Student
Two Louisiana high school teachers are in jail after the 16-year-old student they allegedly had a threesome with bragged about the encounter at school.

Two female teachers, 32-year-old Shelley Dufresne and 24-year-old Rachel Respess, of Destrehan High School, Louisiana have been charged with having a threesome with a 16-year-old student
Rachel Respess and Shelley Dufresne, two high school English teachers in Louisiana, were arrested Wednesday on charges of having a threesome with a teenager, the Times-Picayune of New Orleans reported.
Dufresne, 32, and Respess, 24, from suburban Destrehan High School, are charged with carnal knowledge of a juvenile and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
Both the teachers were also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and indecent behaviour with a juvenile
After the two teachers turned themselves in on Wednesday, Kenner police booked both of the women, Shelley Dufresne, 34, and Rachel Respess, on three charges, all related to having group sex with the teenage male. The teachers are currently out of jail on a $7,000 bond each and have been suspended without pay, according to a school district spokesperson.

Respess’ attorney said his client is innocent, according to Eyewitness News. A statement on behalf of Dufresne was not provided. Authorities were notified after the student, who was 16 at the time, bragged about the ménage à trois at school, the Times-Picayune wrote.
According to the police, Shelley Dufresne had sex with the male student more than once before 12 September, when the alleged act of group sex took place after a high school football game
According to the newly released allegations, Dufresne, while a 32-year-old married mom of three, was portrayed as a the ringleader of the sex tryst who “enticed and transported” to the apartment of another teacher after a high school football game on September 12, where she had planned the three-way romp in advance, police said in a report. Respess told police that she was fully aware that Dufresne wanted to have sex with the boy at her apartment that night.

The Kenner, Louisiana, apartment belonged to 24-year-old teacher Rachel Respess, a friend and colleague of Dufresne at Destrehan High School, where both women taught English classes in which the teenager, whose name has not been released, was a student. During the threesome, while the boy was engaged in sexual intercourse with Respess, Dufresne took the initiative and “began intimately kissing” Respess in what the police report described as “an attempt to arouse all parties involved, all who were completely disrobed.”

This incident was the second time in which Shelley Dufresne was arrested for allegedly having sex with the same teenage boy at an earlier date in September at her home in the town of Montz, Louisiana. At the time this allegedly occurred, the male teenager was a student in one of her classes. In the years 2013-14, the male had been a student in an English class that Rachel Respess taught. Dufresne and Respess have been friends for several years.

The male student, who is now 17 years of age, reportedly told the police that he had consented to having had sex with the teachers
Investigators stated that when he first had a sexual encounter with Shelley Dufresne he was 16 and still considered a juvenile according to Louisiana law. Even when he turned 17, according to Louisiana state law, sexual encounters between teachers and students up to the age of 21 are forbidden.

According to reports, the police have not yet been successful in obtaining confessions from either of the teachers
However, according to Kenner Police Chief Mike Glaser, Respess gave them a statement in which she “almost” confessed but did not reveal enough “details.” Police at the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office were initially alerted to the possibility that the two high school English teachers were having sex with a student at the school when school system officials told them that the teen boy was “bragging” about his “having sex with teachers.”

Police have suggested that there might have been photos taken of the alleged group sex between Shelley Dufresne, Rachel Respess and the male teen. The Kenner police chief, Glaser, said there was possibly a video filmed of the sexual encounter, as well.

That claim possibly results from a report in the Times-Picayune that the male teenager bragged to friends, according to WGNO-TV, that he had filmed some of his sexual encounters with Shelley Dufresne and Rachel Respess.
