The adult King Cobra appeared to be cornered by the firefighter before he grabbed it by the neck in a swift move
The video begins with the snake hiding under a table and back into a corner.
The snake catcher then slowly pulls the table along with a generator under it to create room for him to reach to the snake.
After one failed attempt, he manages to successfully grab the snake with his right hand and pull it out of the corner.
According to Safiq, the recent hot weather at the East Coast are driving snakes to seek shelter in people's home
According to him, snakes live like nomad as they tend to move a lot and sometimes end up in people's houses as a result.
The reptiles are known to migrate to seek shelter which is suitable for its body temperature as they are cold-blooded animals.
