Woman Gets Stung By An Insect And People Can't Stop Giggling At Her Photos
She has since recovered from the sting.
A woman who was recently stung by an unknown insect shared her experience on Facebook, which quickly went viral
Kak Idaa wrote that she was on her way to work when she felt something land on her lip last week, 26 June.
By the time she had arrived at her salon, the left side of her lip had had become swollen. Not thinking much of it, she continued to go about her day like normal.
In her post, she added photos of her progress throughout the day which the Internet could not help but laugh at
"I don't mind if you guys laugh at me. Even I chuckled while looking at my reflection in the bathroom mirror," the woman wrote.
She clarified that the images were mirrored making it seem like the right side of her face was affected.
As she swept and mopped the salon, she noticed that the swell on her lip worsened
She also started to itch at her armpits, which she presumed was from her sweat.
It was not long before her arms began to itch and the swelling became worse, which prompted her to immediately head to the clinic
By that point, her face had broken out in hives, The Rakyat Post reported.
Feeling embarrassed by how she looked, she explained that the doctor gave her a jab which made her feel nauseous.
"Imani Clinic is the best. The doctor is so gentle. Later at night, they also called and asked if there was any fever after the injection. Give five stars," Kak Idaa wrote.
In addition, while she was at the clinic waiting for her medication, she revealed that a stranger began to talk about his experience of getting stung by a bee.
"I was already feeling so dizzy, and the man insisted on repeating his story to me three times. I felt like sellotaping his mouth shut. But I guess it was fine, at least there was some entertainment during this very stressful moment," she wrote, according The Rakyat Post.
As she headed home from the clinic, her eyelids also began to swell up
The following day, Kak Idaa wrote that she had to wear a 'purdah' to the pharmacy.
Thankfully, over the course of the day, the swelling had reduced greatly.
Fortunately, Kak Idaa fully recovered from the whole reaction. And even joked about not needing plastic surgery.
