Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is set to introduce his AI-powered digital twin, aptly named PMX AI

Developed by local digital services firm Zetrix AI through an initiative by Anwar's political party, PKR, the avatar is a highly advanced tool.

According to Bloomberg, the system was meticulously trained on Anwar's official writings and policy records approved throughout his administration.

Expect the avatar to mirror Anwar's distinct, eloquent oratorical style when tackling your burning questions

It is built to seamlessly comprehend Bahasa Melayu, English, and a colourful variety of local Malaysian dialects.

Zetrix AI managing director Wong Thean Soon said the avatar would receive real-time updates featuring the leader's latest speeches.

Wong said PMX AI is built on a "personal knowledge model" which ensures the avatar provides Malaysians with the most accurate information

PMX AI is also designed as an agentic AI helper.

Future updates will reportedly allow users to renew crucial government documents, including their MyKad, passport, and driving licence.

The entire renewal process, spanning from the initial application right down to the final payment, will be fully integrated.

According to a Bloomberg report, the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) confirmed the official launch video would drop within days.
