Microsoft has introduced a new app called Microsoft PC Manager

The latest Microsoft PC Manager is able to manage your personal computer's internal storage, memory, installed applications, and remove temporary files, all in one comprehensive app.

Even better, unlike other third-party system cleaners and managers, the app is free to use and there's no need for a subscription to access all its features.

Here is the list of tools offered by the newly-released Microsoft PC Manager:

1. PC Boost: Improves your computer performance by removing temporary files. It includes a Smart Boost option to optimise RAM usage.

2. Deep Cleanup: Cleans up outdated Windows update files, recycle bin contents, web caches, and app caches.

3. Process Manager: Provides an overview of active processes, allowing users to terminate them directly from the app.

4. Startup Manager: Controls which applications launch during startup, simplifying the process without needing Task Manager.

5. Large Files Finder: Easily locates large files on any drive without navigating through File Explorer.

As a first-party app, Microsoft has also merged Microsoft PC Manager with the capabilities of other native Windows utilities in a Toolbox

The floating toolbox not only gives users instant access to the Microsoft PC Manager to seamlessly clean up and enhance their computer's performance, but also allows users to quickly launch useful Windows tools such as Screenshot, Recorder, Calculator, Captions, and Notepad.

Users may also find the Currency Converter, Bing Translator, and links they added as shortcuts in Edge there.

The app is now widely available in many regions. You can download it via the Microsoft Store, and it is compatible with Windows 11 and Windows 10 version 19042.0 or higher.
