Samsung, after contributing the curved screen and dual screen to the smartphone market, is now planning to target kids by launching the Galaxy Tab 3 for them.

It’s a modified version of Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 with highly customized user interface for kids plus lots of pre-installed age-appropriate software and games. Already available in Korea, the company has now confirmed that USA is the next market to get it.
Kids Mode, for instance, provides an entirely different user interface and boasts apps and games for both entertainment and education. Titles include classics such as Fruit Ninja, Where's My Perry?, and Kids Planet Discovery.

The Kids Tablet itself has a 7-inch screen, 1024×600 screen, 1.2Ghz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB. It costs $230, which is a bit more than the regular Galaxy Tab 3 of the same size.
