Cover image via SAYSTikTok Shop has officially rolled out a 30-Day Free Returns policy for all authentic branded products purchased through TikTok Shop Mall
The policy, which came into effect in early June 2025, doubles the previous return window from 15 days to 30 days, giving Malaysians more peace of mind when shopping from well-known local and international brands.
According to TikTok Shop's findings, more than 80% of shoppers are more likely to complete a purchase when returns are hassle-free.
The new return policy also protects sellers from potential abuse, as they can reject return requests if the returned item is in unsatisfactory condition. Meanwhile, TikTok Shop will cover the return shipping fee for "No Longer Needed" returns — a win-win for both sides.
When browsing, just look for the 'Mall' badge next to the product name
All products under TikTok Shop Mall are covered by the 30-Day Free Returns policy and TikTok's 100% Authenticity Guarantee.
Some of the brands included are CLEF Beauty, Dododots, Christy Ng, BONIA, ELGINI, Lancôme, Pensonic, PUMA, Johnson's Baby, and OGAWA.
To initiate a return, you just need to go to the Orders Page on the TikTok app and submit a return request within 30 days after your item is delivered.
