[NEW UPDATE] Bosnian Sperm Abuse: The Woman Claims She Was Physically Abused

The woman claims she is emotionally scarred for life from the litany of allegations hurled against her by her ex-bf. “For him to say I needed sex six times a day, was a materialistic woman and liked white men is humiliating and devastating,” said the 29-year-old mother.

During a press conference, arranged by the Voice of Women Association on Friday, Melanie (not her real name) also alleged that she was physically abused by the man just few months into their relationship.

Bosnian Ervin Ahbabovic will withdraw his “sperm abuse” suit against his ex-girlfriend if he is allowed to see their son. The 41-year-old business development consultant claimed he was forced to take legal action after the 29-year-old woman, who he considered his life partner, treated him like a “gigolo”.

“I was so hurt and angry when she told me, ‘I just needed you to be my gigolo so that I can have a beautiful child. You are no longer needed,” he said, adding Melanie (not her real name) said it some two months after he was chased out of the house.

“When I finally met her in February and tried convince her to reconciliation, she made this statement that I could not take and has been haunting me even until today,” he told a press conference here on Thursday. However, the Malaysian Permanent Resident holder said he was willing to withdraw the case if she agreed to sit with him and talk it out.

“I wish to reconcile with her. If not, she should at least allow me to see our boy. I have not seen him for six months,” he said, as he broke down in tears. He added that the boy is currently living with his ex-girlfriend’s parents. Ahbabovic said he would hang out near the house and shops Melanie’s parents frequented in the hope of seeing his son.

“We received a report earlier this year that the man had threatened the woman,” said ACP Azlee, adding that the alleged incident occurred in Taman Danau Desa here.

“We discovered that the woman was demanding the return of her car and other belongings,” he said, when contacted yesterday.

In the report published in a Chinese daily on Aug 1, 2006, a 30-year-old company manager known only as Leong claimed that Ahbabovic had brought them to Bosnia on the pretext of visiting his home country.

Upon arriving there in April of that year, Leong claimed that Ahbabovic became a different man, locking them at home and forbidding them to contact anyone.

She found out later that Ahbabovic had brought them to Bosnia to avoid being investigated for sexual harassment, Leong claimed.

Sources said that several women, who had previously been involved with him, made at least 18 reports against him to the police and non-governmental organisations.

On April 14 2013, Ervin's business partners allegedly closed down his outlet and dismissed him from the partnership in which he had acted as a `sub- contractor'.
Ervin claimed his partners also confiscated all equipment, furniture and fittings in the outlet that cost him almost RM80,000 of his own money.

“She needed a beautiful boy and she got it,” he said, claiming that the woman changed her mind about marrying him after their son was born.

In his statement of claim, he said he felt humiliated, subdued, traumatised, extreme stress and shock because the defendant had not only chased him from the house but also prevented him from seeing his son.

He and the woman later separated but she contacted him often to reconcile for the benefit of the baby, but Ahbabovic claimed that he was actually being treated like a “tool” for the woman to have better children, thanks to his “superior” sperm.

He claimed this was due to the perception that the European DNA is of an “unparallel and astonishing quality” compared to the local kind.

The self-professed family man who declared that it was “love at first sight” said he was “heartbroken” after she supposedly used him to satisfy her sexual desires.

He said he initially thought her sexual desire towards him was based on love and affection, but he was wrong. Ahbabovic claimed that he continued to stay with the woman as he wanted to convince her to marry him and change her behaviour.

Ahbabovic claimed he suffered mental and emotional abuse from their daily sex acts, and in September last year, she became hostile and had allegedly stabbed him in the left arm.

Ahbahovic said she continued to act inhumanely and without compassion in which all of his work with regards to business development and consultancy was never paid to him, despite her being awarded some hundreds of thousands by several international schools in Kuala Lumpur.

Ahbabovic is seeking relief of RM600,000 for the use of his sperm for the purpose of getting a child in the wrong manner, that the woman recognise him as the father in their son’s birth certificate, costs and other reliefs deemed fit.

Ahbabovic was represented by counsel Nasir Yusoff and Mohamad Fauzi Abdul Samad.

The matter is fixed for case management on October 1.

"It is a totally baseless allegation and it's going to be struck out in court. This is certainly not true!” claimed the former girlfriend of Ervin Ahbabovic yesterday. “I am a respectable person. I don’t need to deal with this kind of gossip.”

He claimed to be a commercial director of a private limited company in Malaysia.

His 29-year-old ex-girlfriend however, claimed otherwise and said he was currently unemployed.

“By then, you will know whether it’s about money, semen or something else. If it’s that way, don’t get married. It’s better to be single,” he said.

But even after his experience, Ahbabovic said it would be unfair to think that all Malaysian women had the same motive.

He advised those like himself to learn about the woman’s culture and traditions and get their parents’ consent before getting attached.
