Totally Spies! has just dropped the trailer for its latest season and it is set in Singapore

The hit spy-fi animated series, which usually takes place in California, has shaken things up by bringing the spies new challenges and adventures in an unfamiliar territory.

It's been nine years since the animated series went on hiatus following its abrupt ending in 2014. However, last year, the producers announced that a new season will be released in 2024.

Although it's in 2D animation like the previous seasons, things look (and sound) a tad bit different in the upcoming season

Those who religiously watched the series during the 2000s might notice that the animation art style has changed. Also, there are reportedly new voice actors this time.

According to Jennifer Hale, who voiced the character of Sam in the hit series, the company didn't want to pay union rates and replaced the original cast.

So, if you were looking forward to watching the original animation and voices, you mayyy be disappointed.

On the plus side, you can relive your childhood memories and re-watch the older seasons on their YouTube channel.
