Want to add some personality and dazzle to your phone?

Bear It is an arts and crafts space in Central Market that lets you customise your phone cover using decoden cream.

Decoden cream, also known as whipped cream clay or whipped cream glue, involves decorating surfaces with colourful silicone-based creams, glitters, and charms.

This workshop provides a variety of base items to choose from, ranging from hair clips and photo frames to handbags and notebooks. So, why just stop at phone covers?

All tools and materials will be provided, and you'll be guided by a craft instructor. After choosing your base item, you can begin piping the decoden cream in your desired colours and piping patterns.

There's a myriad of decorations for you to get creative with, including pearls, miniature charms in all shapes and sizes, and adorable pastel cabochons.

And of course, you can take your creation home with you!

And if you're looking to explore other creative avenues, this space also offers different workshops like batik painting, bead-making, and fluid art painting

For their batik painting sessions, there's a wall of ready-to-paint items, featuring traditional Malaysian motifs like flowers, birds, or geometric patterns that can be personalised according to what you like.

There's even a coin bank painting workshop where you can transform a plain coin bank into a work of art. With over 20 fun designs to choose from, you can enjoy a casual, self-service painting experience with all materials provided.

Their beads workshop lets you create your own customised keepsake, such as a delicate bracelet, stylish necklace, or an eye-catching phone strap.

One of their most popular workshops is a fluid art bear workshop

You can learn acrylic pouring, where vibrant colours swirl and blend to create stunning patterns and textures on a 3D bear canvas. Choose from a variety of sizes, from adorable keychain-sized bears to impressive 75cm tall creations.

The instructor will explain the step-by-step process of working with acrylic paints and pouring techniques before you begin. Once you're done, the bear will be left to dry in the shop for two days, after which you'll be able to take your personalised bear home.
