Entrepreneur and influencer Khairul Aming has impressed Malaysians nationwide after one of his latest videos showed him generously giving his employees big bonuses and treating them to festive shopping

In a video uploaded on Tuesday, 5 April, Khairul said he temporarily closed two of his factories producing Sambal Nyet and Dengdeng Nyet to take his 100 employees for Raya shopping.

"First, I brought them to buy Raya clothes. This is mandatory every year. But the number of staff members grew to 100 [this year], so the shop was packed.

"They could pick anything they want, whichever colour they like," said the 31-year-old.

Then, Khairul took them to a hypermarket to purchase groceries for the festive season. The video shows all the employees checking out trolleys filled with food supplies.

Finally, the entrepreneur brought his employees back to his factory to distribute Raya bonuses in packets filled with thick stacks of RM50 and RM100 notes.

"Hi, can I apply for a job? [I can] make ice or pick up onion skin," said @amirhakimraslan.

"I don't want to look for a job, I just want your heart, Khairul Aming," @sayashiqin said in jest.

Even Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza commented on the video, writing, "Terbaik (The best)!"
