A long queue formed at McDonald's Kallang in Singapore for the much-anticipated McGriddles Griddle Hoodie that dropped last week, 3 August

Making its return at 7am on 3 August, the popular hoodie attracted hundreds of people who queued as early as the night before.

TikTok user @cleominz posted a video sharing how there were 50 people already in line ahead of them at 11.30pm the night before the hoodies were to be released.

As the hours went by, more and more customers showed up.

According to another TikTok user, @daniellelinnie, several even brought camping chairs to wait in line.

You can watch the TikTok videos below:

The limited edition McGriddles Griddle hoodies were available for the first 200 customers who bought two Breakfast McGriddles Value Meal

But the videos showed the queue, believed to have as many as 300 people, snaking around the restaurant at the wee hours of the morning.

One person, who didn't manage to get a hoodie at 5.30am, commented saying that others who arrived an hour earlier also didn't cop any.
