The High-Speed Rail Version package costs NT$2,500 (about RM361) and includes a three-day pass for unlimited rides on Taiwan High-Speed Rail services.

Meanwhile, the Taiwan Railway Hualien Version is a buy-one, get-one-free package allowing travellers to enjoy unlimited rides on Taiwan Railways services for five days, alone or with a companion. This package costs NT$2,800 (about RM405).

Both packages also include one Metro Taiwan pass and one Taiwan Tourist Shuttle pass.

Tourists can choose from one of four Metro Taiwan services: a two-day FunPass Taipei, round-trip rides on the Taoyuan Metro, a 48-hour tourist pass for Taichung Metro, or a two-day pass for Kaohsiung Metro and Light Rail.

As for the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle pass, travellers can choose round-trip tickets for one of four shuttle routes to Qingjing Farm, Sun Moon Lake, Alishan, or Kenting scenic areas.

The Taiwan PASS can be purchased from designated outlets such as Kkday or Klook and must be used by 30 November

Travellers need to download the Taiwan PASS mobile app, available on iOS and Android, and activate the pass by entering a redemption code received from the outlets.

The pass is also an effort to support the recovery of eastern Taiwan after the recent earthquake in Hualien County, so those using Taiwan Railways services under this pass must reserve their trips between Toucheng and Dawu stations on the Eastern Line.
