Did You Know: You Can Get A Slip From Rapid KL If A Delayed Train Makes You Late For Work
Next time train lambat, you know what to do.
If a Rapid KL train is delayed or there is any kind of service disruption, you can request a train delay slip as proof for your workplace
X user Aida Aneesa discovered this when a Rapid KL train delay made her late along the LRT Kelana Jaya line for work.
"TIL that Rapid KL issues delay certificates upon request. Here's mine, retrieved due to this morning's disruption," she wrote.
In response to her viral post, Ask Rapid KL, an official customer support account, confirmed that you can request a train delay slip by filling out a form at the counter at any Rapid KL train station.
According to Aida's post, the delay slip will include the date, time, and train line that you are taking, along with a signature and an official stamp of the train station
This delay slip is for both LRT and MRT commuters, and applies to trains delayed for 15 minutes or more.
