The Japanese franchise announced the new concept stores as a way to cater to customers' lifestyle changes, in conjunction with their fifth year anniversary in Malaysia.

The new stores' range includes over 100 products of daily meals and frozen foods, among the usual items that you can find at FamilyMart outlets

You can find ready-to-eat side dishes and desserts, as well as FamilyMart's new 'Hot Snacks'.

Joining the popular oden, sofuto, and brown sugar bubble milk are items such as corn sausage, fried pan (Japanese fried bun), croissant sandwich, and ramen.

In addition, more Japanese and Western desserts have been added to the range, to give customers a wider variety of options.

Optionally, you could grab frozen meals and store them in the fridge at home or at the office for lazy days.

There are currently two 'Food Superstores' located in Sri Petaling and Bandar Puteri Puchong, and they have plans to open 20 outlets, one in each state where FamilyMart is present, by end of 2021
