Gyomu Super is located on the Ground floor of the new, upcoming J Value Mall in Petaling Jaya, within the Pinnacle PJ building, and sells everything from frozen ebi fry to matcha sachets.

While this grocer is not halal-certified, they do inform customers with signs stating, "contain pork/alcohol" on products that contain these ingredients.

We went to visit Gyomu Super's first outlet in Malaysia to see what Japanese foods they offer. Here are some of the items you will find:

1. Staple foods like the Tonkotsu ramen and Hokkaido Uruchi rice are available at the grocer

2. There are also a lot of famous Japanese food products like seaweed, miso soup, natto, and more

3. They even have frozen items like Beni Shake fillets and squid rings
