It's available for a limited time.
I love soy sauce. Eat it with it chilli padi. Yes. With sushi? Mm mm sedap. But soy sauce with ice cream? :O
In conjunction with Soy Sauce Day on 1 October, Inside Scoop and Hamadaya collaborated to bring a new limited-edition ice cream flavour — get this... Caramel Soy Sauce Ice Cream.

I'm a basic b*tch when it comes to ice cream (Valrhona Chocolate fans, where ya at?). But to my surprise, this actually tasted really good. And when I say good, I mean that I don't mind having it again.
You can't actually taste the soy sauce but you know it's in there, infused with the caramel flavour and the milky ice cream base that ties it all together.

The ice cream base is Inside Scoop's Jersey Milk ice cream, infused with Hamadaya's premium caramelised Japanese Seasoning Soy Sauce.
TL;DR: Do I love it? Yes. Will I order it again? Yes. Am I also halfway through the pint already? Admittedly... yes.
You can try it for yourself at any Inside Scoop outlet from now until 31 October
A single scoop costs RM9, while a pint (473ml) costs RM33.
