If you love snacking, here's one easy recipe you might like that only requires two main ingredients: frozen paratha and a banana
Content creator and food enthusiast Jingwen, who comes from Penang, shared this easy bite-sized roti pisang snack that will only take you under 15 minutes to make.

Ingredients
– Paratha (frozen type that you can get from any grocery store)
– Banana
– Egg yolk for egg wash (optional)
– Sesame seeds (optional)
How to make
Step 1: Lay a paratha sheet flat down and place a peeled banana on the edge

Step 2: Roll the paratha over the banana and tuck the ends in

Step 3: Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces, coat them with egg wash, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top (optional)

Step 4: Pop them into an oven to bake for 10 minutes at 175ºC and that's it. Enjoy your crunchy roti pisang bites — so easy!
Optionally, if you don't own an oven, she shared that you can air-fry them until golden brown.
