The 2022 mooncake series by Mandarin Oriental feature two gift boxes encompassing four or six pieces of mooncake.
The box of four is a bamboo gift box (RM138) with the following flavours:

Pavilion KL's Moonlight Garden Mooncake Collection encases four traditionally baked mooncakes in an artfully-crafted container, which doubles as a rechargeable lantern.
The exterior of the lantern is layered with paper cut-out scenes of a moonlit garden, over a translucent sheet that illuminates from a battery-operated bulb within. A little decorative addition as a gift!

Encased in a luxurious jewellery box, Lady Yi's Tea House at Four Points by Sheraton offers four traditional baked mooncake flavours this Mid-Autumn Festival.

Available for takeaway or delivery, The St. Regis KL has taken inspiration for their mooncake sets this year from 'the sport of kings' — polo. In the early 20th century, both polo and The St. Regis New York became part of New York's summer social scene, where the Astors were a prominent fixture.
