Anwar is anticipated to introduce his Cabinet before Friday, 2 December

According to Berita Harian, this will allow the new Cabinet members to be sworn in before this weekend.

It is also believed that the formation of the new administration will be completed before the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah goes abroad this Saturday, 3 December.

Speculations that the list of the new Cabinet was already presented to His Majesty after photos showing a meeting between the premier and His Majesty were uploaded on the Istana Negara Facebook page yesterday, 29 November.

This was followed by a meeting among the Council of Rulers yesterday and this afternoon, 30 November. At the meeting, the Malay kings were accompanied by their respective Menteri Besars, while the Yang di-Pertua Negeri were accompanied by the Chief Ministers.

Also present were the Prime Minister and the Sarawak Deputy Premier.
