According to Shahidan, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has always been monitoring road conditions in Kuala Lumpur
He said the city hall has been keeping tabs of the main roads, highways, development projects, and also highly concentrated areas in the city, to make sure the road surfaces are paved and maintained.
"After having discussion with DBKL and based on the latest order issued, any complaint or information must be acted upon immediately within 24 hours," he said.
Besides residents, he added that those visiting KL may also lodge a report if they come across a pothole.
