Malaysia's biggest pet retail chain, Pet Lovers Centre, recently opened a pharmacy called Vet Pharmacy where you can buy supplements, pet food, and seek basic medical advice for your fur buddies.

According to Inside Retail Asia, it is Malaysia's first veterinary-exclusive pharmacy.

Some of these include anti-tick and anti-flea medication, as well as medicine for heartworm and intestinal worms.

Free Malaysia Today reported that Vet Pharmacy adds "meat, fruit, and honey flavouring" into the medicine they create so that picky pets will be more inclined to take it.

Pet owners will also be able to seek basic nutritional and medical advice for their animals from professionally trained pharmacists in veterinary care⁣.

"The aim of the Vet Pharmacy is to offer our services and extended knowledge in pet healthcare to empower owners to understand what is needed for their furry friends," said Pet Lovers Centre Malaysia operations director Bryan Boo.
