Videos of foreigners performing stunts for money in Penang have gone viral on social media, sparking outrage among Malaysians
In the first video, a man is seen juggling five balls by the curb at the traffic light junction near Gurney Drive, while another woman performs a hat trick on the adjacent road.
A separate video shows the same woman tossing juggling clubs in the middle of the road while the traffic light is red.
Some netizens who witnessed the acts claimed that the foreigners asked for money from the passing vehicles after their performances.

At the time of writing, the videos have garnered over 500,000 views on TikTok
Many netizens criticised the foreigners for disregarding local laws and called for their arrest.
"Call the police. If you ignore it, more foreigners will start performing," read a comment.
"Where are the Penang police to arrest them?" asked a netizen, while another added, "Weak law enforcement."
"Actually, foreigners are not allowed to do this in public. The government needs licences from them," wrote a person.
