Dining in will be allowed at restaurants in states under the Movement Control Order (MCO) from tomorrow, 10 February, onwards
Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob announced the decision made by the National Security Council (MKN) during the daily COVID-19 national security briefing today, 9 February.
However, he said dine-ins will be limited to only two customers at a table for now.

Ismail Sabri also announced that all remaining parts of the retail sector can open starting tomorrow
The businesses now allowed to be operate include fashion and accessories stores, shoes stores, photography and florists services, sports equipment stores, car accessories shops, and others.
However, he said all shops and restaurants are still to adhere to COVID-19 standard operating procedures (SOPs) to limit the number of people in a premise according to the size of the shop and to ensure physical distancing.
