Jailed Mum Allowed To See Her Dead 4-Year-Old Son One Last Time Before His Burial
It is understood the mother was only informed of what had happened to her child when she arrived at the morgue.
A woman, who is in jail in Johor Bahru, could not hold back her tears when she was allowed to look at her youngest son's face one last time before his body was taken away for burial today, 28 December
The 39-year-old woman at the Simpang Renggam Prison in Kluang was given the opportunity to see her four-year-old for about five minutes, reported Berita Harian.
The woman, who was clad in a purple uniform, was seen crying while heading out of the police van. She was accompanied by two prison employees.
It is understood that the mother of 11 children was only informed of what had happened to her child when she arrived at the morgue. The four-year-old was physically abused to death by five suspects.

The woman along with her husband are in jail for drug offences
Both parents are currently detained awaiting the outcome of the trial.
While the mother is detained at the Simpang Renggam Prison in Kluang, the father, who is in his 40s, is currently being held at the Sungai Udang Prison, Melaka. They were arrested in September.
The woman's father, Ruslan Ahmad, said that while he does not blame the mother, he's upset that the child was not handed to him or the Social Welfare Department (JKM) when police arrested the woman.
"I am really upset. If I had known this was going to happen, I would have 'saved' him," he said when he came to claim the remains of the child at the Sultan Ismail Hospital today.
