Malaysia Breaks Its Highest COVID-19 Death Tally After Recording 16 New Deaths In A Day
The Ministry of Health announced that there were 2,643 new COVID-19 cases today.
Malaysia today recorded 2,643 new COVID-19 cases
Of the 2,643 new cases, the highest number was recorded in Selangor once again.
The state recorded 1,086, followed by Sabah with 401, Johor with 298, Kuala Lumpur with 282, and Kedah with 107. Other states had less than 100 new cases.
The country also recorded 16 new deaths in the last 24 hours
Today's death tally is a new record since 3 November last year when 12 deaths were recorded.
