Malaysia Has Fully Vaccinated Over 77% Of Its Adult Population

A total of 18,135,561 people in the country have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as of Friday, 17 September, according to the Special Committee for Ensuring Access to COVID-19 Vaccine Supply (JKJAV)
The numbers make up 77.5% of the adult population that has been given both jabs of the vaccine.
Meanwhile, 21,861,904 (92.9%) adults have received at least one jab, JKJAV shared.

It also said that nearly 40 million doses of the vaccine has been given
The total number of doses dispensed under the National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme (PICK) is 39,923,416 as of yesterday.
On the daily vaccination rate, JKJAV said that 238,002 doses of the vaccine were dispensed yesterday.
