Man Allegedly Sexually Assaults 2 Women While Inside Packed LRT Coach
The man allegedly made a "stupid face" when the victim turned to face him.
A woman has alleged that she and another woman were sexually assaulted in a Light Rail Transit (LRT) coach heading to Gombak
The incident was initially shared by her friend on Twitter, where it went viral and received over 8,600 retweets as of writing.
When contacted by SAYS, the victim detailed the alleged assault, as well as what she witnessed happening to someone else by the same perpetrator.
The victim explained that, as she works in Kuala Lumpur, she takes the LRT as her daily transport. On the day of the assault, she boarded the LRT from the Abdullah Hukum station at 6.35pm, which she described as being quite packed at the time.
"I was wearing proper working attire, a loose long skirt, and a fully-covered hijab," she described to SAYS.

Once the train reached KL Sentral station, a man in a white T-shirt and denim shorts slowly approached and huddled behind her in the crowded coach
She described suddenly feeling, his fingers rubbing against her backside.
"I was very shocked at the time and couldn't say a word," the woman told this SAYS writer.
"When I turned to face him, he made a stupid-looking expression as if he had done nothing to me."
The victim also alleged that every time she tried to move away from him, he would inch himself closer to her.

She further claimed that she wasn't the only one assaulted at the time, as she noticed the man doing the same to another woman in the same coach
"I saw the way she acted. She looked shocked and scared every time she turned her head," recalled the victim.
She also noted that throughout the train ride, the alleged assaulter did not hold on to anything for balance at all. Instead, he chose to use his hands to cover the area of his genitals.
The woman recounted to SAYS that when she got off at the Setiawangsa station, she noticed the man also getting off. She said she found it odd when she saw him boarding another train heading towards Putra Heights, which was in the opposite direction he was initially travelling to.

The victim said she plans to make a police report and hopes the other woman who suffered the same fate will reach out to her
"To the other akak who was assaulted on the same train, I am sorry that happened to you. I hope you're okay now," the woman's friend tweeted.
"If you see this tweet, I hope you can reach out to me or my friend so that we can lodge a police report with more evidence. Thank you."
The woman told SAYS that the reason she decided to share her story is to raise awareness about men of this type when others decide to take public transport.
