Video Shows Masked Men With Machetes Attacking Diners At A Nilai Restaurant

A group of masked men armed with machetes stormed a restaurant in Nilai last night, targeting and injuring four men who were dining
The shocking incident, which occurred at 9.40pm on Thursday, 9 January, was captured on the restaurant's CCTV. The footage has since gone viral after it was shared on social media.
The footage shows the attackers arriving in a silver car. Without hesitation, they approached a table where the victims, aged 44 to 59, were seated and launched their assault.
The sudden attack sent other patrons fleeing in panic, leaving behind a chaotic scene.
Nilai district police chief Supt Abdul Malik Hasim confirmed that the victims were rushed to Tuanku Jaafar Hospital in Seremban for treatment, reported Malay Mail.

While media reports suggest that the attack could be linked to internal gang disputes, authorities are still investigating the motive behind the attack and have not released further details.
"The case is being investigated under Section 148 of the Penal Code for rioting with weapons and Section 326 of the Penal Code for causing grievous harm with intent using a weapon," Abdul Malik said.
Police are urging members of the public with information related to the incident to come forward by contacting the Nilai district police headquarters at 06-7902222 or the nearest police station.
