3-Year-Old Said She Was Touched Inappropriately When Left With Mum's Friend For 30 Minutes

A 37-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting his friend's three-year-old daughter
The arrest followed a police reported lodged by the victim's mother two days after the alleged incident, The Star reported.
On 8 April, the 21-year-old single mother brought her young daughter to meet a former classmate in Permai Jaya
At about 9.30pm, she went out to buy food, leaving her daughter with the friend and her husband at their house.
"Half an hour later, her friend called to tell her that her daughter was crying," said Sibu OCPD Asst Comm Stanley Jonathan Ringgit.
When the woman returned to the house, she was told that the man had been watching porn on his phone with her daughter
She immediately took the 3-year-old home.
When the 21-year-old was giving the child a bath, she noticed red marks and blood on her private parts.
"The child told her that her friend's husband had inserted his finger into her private parts," ACP Stanley revealed.
Police arrested the man, who works as a carpenter, and seized his phone containing the pornographic video
The case is being investigated under Sections 14(d) and 15(c) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017, The Star reported.
